MMA is not one skill. Fighter's Forge develops the striking, wrestling, grappling, movement, control, and decision-making needed to become a more complete fighter.

STRIKING
Develop the tools to attack, defend, move, create openings, and respond with purpose on the feet.
Striking creates reactions. Those reactions can open the door for another strike, an entry, a takedown, or a change in position. The goal is learning when to strike, when to move, and how to connect your striking to the rest of your MMA game.
You will learn technique first, apply it through focused drilling and partner work, then add progressive resistance and decision-making. As pressure increases, we refine what works and correct what does not.
